1. Our Services

We provide custom 3D printing services. You may send us your own design files or commercially licensed models for us to print.

2. Intellectual Property

- You warrant that any design you send us does not infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property rights.

- We do not claim ownership of your designs.

- Designs we create for you remain our property until paid in full.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required before we begin printing unless otherwise agreed.

4. Turnaround and Shipping

We will provide an estimated turnaround time when you place an order. Shipping times are estimates only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
